Mediation process

1. Andreas Weiler (Gamelooting) acts as a mediator for selected sellers who offer products in digital and virtual form.
2. Only the best offers from the sellers are offered to buyers on the platform Gamelooting.com. 
3. Buyers interested in one or more offers on the Gamelooting.com platform express their purchase request by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button at the end of the ordering process, thereby making a legally binding offer for the respective product.
4. Gamelooting forwards the offer to the respective seller who can then accept it. The offer is forwarded during the ordering process through the Gamelooting platform via an interface to the seller(s) before the selection of the payment method.
5. The seller's review of the offer is visible to the customer through a loading symbol and the message "Waiting for confirmation from the seller."
6. If the seller(s) accepts the offer, they will set the payment terms, and the customer can then select the payment method and enter the corresponding data on the respective payment page.
7. At this point, the seller(s) may decline certain payment methods or accept or request other payment methods not listed on the Gamelooting platform.
8. Gamelooting processes the payment and promptly informs the seller(s) of the payment receipt. The seller(s) deliver(s) the digital goods to the buyer and complete(s) the service. Until then, Gamelooting is available for customer service on behalf of the seller(s).
9. The seller(s) inform(s) Gamelooting of the successful delivery of the goods or the completion of the service to the buyer. After successful delivery/completion by the seller(s), Gamelooting pays the received money, minus the mediation commission, to the seller(s).

Service and Shipping Information

We only work with selected and verified sellers who deliver their products and services to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, in the usual quality.

For our service offerings:

- We strive to facilitate the fastest possible delivery of orders.
- All customer data is encrypted and only shared with the seller on a need-to-know basis.

Virtual Goods: After receipt of payment, the virtual goods are sent to your character according to the delivery method you have selected and through the selected seller. Please understand that it may take longer sometimes, as the sellers are also human.

Digital Services: You provide all the necessary information directly when placing the order. Once payment has been received, the seller will begin the service within 12-24 hours.

Delivery methods

Ingame Mail:
Our selected seller sends the virtual goods as an attachment to your character via in-game mail.

Face to Face:
The selected seller will whisper you in-game during the online hours you specified during the order. We ask you to promptly meet with the seller so that they can hand over the virtual goods to you.

Digital service offerings

- The service is provided by experienced professional players, whom we refer to.
- Depending on the item, you specify the desired values and the times when you want to play. Please refer to the item description, as there may be changes in playing times for various games.
- After receiving payment, the seller we referred to will process your order during the times you specified.
- For various games such as World of Tanks, Valorant, and League of Legends, replays/screenshots and updates will be provided in the order. - For other games, you will typically have direct contact with the seller, who will inform you daily about the current status.

Legal notices and tips

- In addition to Gamelooting's mediation terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the respective seller(s) apply.
- All seller services are carried out by hand.
- The sellers guaranteed not to use any third-party programs, bots, or unauthorized mods that could endanger your account.
- The seller does not speak to anyone in the game during the service, so that they can remain anonymous.
